So let’s look at it DIFFERENTLY … what if the balance for your life was brought by something minimalist, artistic and natural? LOG!<\/strong><\/p>\n

LOG as a training element<\/h2>\n

The LOG can be divided into two halves to get two balance LOGs. These can be used on both sides, with the flat side having integrated anti-slip rubbers to prevent it from slipping on the floor. The LOGs can also be used with the round side down on the mat or carpet, or they can cross one with another for more difficult balance. They have integrated magnets to keep the LOGs together.<\/p>\n

Why you need balancing?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When balancing on an unstable surface, the body engages a number of external as well as internal muscles. Balancing is a great way to strengthen the feet, leg muscles, arm muscles and our “core”, which is responsible, for example, but not only, for posture. The weakened core is often the cause of low back pain or a bulging abdomen. The great advantage of balancing is that it also employs the mind! Maintaining balance requires a complex interplay of movements that the mind is forced to turn off and consciously focus on the moment. So you meditate, you don’t even know when!<\/p>\n

LOGs as a design accessory with added value<\/h2>\n

LOGs are an aesthetic pleasure for the eyes and a physical pleasure for your body. Thanks to its clean lines and beautiful texture of ash wood, you will not mind at all to leave it in the living room when the visitors are coming. At work<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the workbench as a rest element for positioning the feet, at a “stand up” workplace, in chill-out zones, as a work of art to elevate the aesthetics of the work environment … Because balancing is such a complex movement that it forces both the body and the mind to consciously concentrate. After such an activity, the employee is able to perform his work more efficiently and with better quality. In addition, balancing in the relaxation zone brings joy to the workplace and breaks the ice between colleagues.<\/p>\n

In movement centers or physiotherapy clinics<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to the fact that the LOG can be divided into two separate balance pieces, it can be used for many exercises that require more space between the feet or different angles. When stepped on the round side, it is pushed out 2. and 3rd metatarsal and thus balance exercises can be practiced in which there is support for the transverse arch. The variability of strengthening, balancing and stretching exercises is limited only by your imagination.<\/p>\n

Technical description<\/h2>\n

TheLOGs are made of ash wood, which is hard and has a beautiful texture. We offer 3 different sizes for more difficulty levels and variable use. The LOGs hold together thanks to the integrated magnets. They are handmade by the handy woodcutter Sam here in Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica. The LOG comes with 2 foam pads, which ensure that they do not slip during exercise.<\/p>\n\n
