The DOTS static barefoot set is used for sensory stimulation of your feet<\/strong> – in translation, by standing and gently trampling on 12 pieces of DOTS, you activate and stimulate individual points on the sole of the foot<\/strong>. In addition to activating the feet, the psychological aspect and awareness of our gait is also important<\/strong>. What did you think about the last time you stepped on a Lego piece? \u2026 more than likely it wasn\u2019t unwashed dishes ;). Our brain is not used to stimuli coming from receptors on the feet (because of shoes) and therefore most stimuli will “bring” us back to the present. When stepping on a stimulating surface, we walk barefoot differently than on safe home floors. Careful and conscious walking, similar to that when we walk on rocks, reduces, among other things, shocks during the tread and responds to the surface by more complex involvement of muscles. In order for our walking in the home to be truly “barefoot”, it needs suggestions and reminders to refine it. However, if you do not know whether to go with 36 or 25 pieces, determining the intersection of movement<\/strong> will help you with the answer. Ideally, it should not be possible to get around it, so you will naturally train your feet every time you walk through a given part of the room. 25 pcs are approximately 1 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

Technical description of the product:<\/h2>\n

barefu DOTS<\/strong> are made of ash wood, which is strong and yet flexible. With a suitable surface treatment, it is also antibacterial, warm and pleasant to the touch.<\/p>\n

It has beautiful wood grain, which is created by the alternation of spring and winter wood (tree rings) and its diverse structure is caused by the direction of the wood cut.<\/p>\n

DOTS are treated with an oil that leaves the pores open and thus the wood retains its properties.<\/p>\n

The base of barefu DOTS are fitted with double-sided tape. They are suitable for gluing on laminate or wooden floors, tiles, cork, linoleum and PVC.<\/p>\n

The great advantage of DOTS is their non-transferability. They will become an integral part of your interior and will automatically stimulate you every time you walk over them. You don’t need to be motivated to exercise and you can’t put them to one side as easily as other exercise aids.<\/strong><\/p>\n
